Club Statement: Ross Arieta

Ross Arieta has stepped down as Club President. Read his message to members:

After 14 years of great memories, it’s time to call an end to my time as a Mustang. We’ve gone on an amazing journey over the years. When I started, we had one AA team, who had great fun playing and built the core identity of the Mustangs for years. That core and lots of your blood, sweat and commitment helped us grow in ways I don’t think any of us anticipated – but something we should all be proud of!
Today, we have 2 adult teams and should push as hard as we can to have a third next year, 2 youth teams and a fledgling softball team. The club is in the strongest position financially that I can remember and we are positioned to continue to compete at home and abroad. My contribution to our journey is one of my proudest achievements. It’s now time to focus on my proudest and spend time with my family.
You will always have a huge fan supporting everything you do. I will be working with the board to ensure a smooth and successful handover.
